From making first contact with the office, getting a quote, technical advice, the team doing the installation and follow-up - all great. Very happy with our solar system, thanks team. i would like to thank Macedon ranges solar power for their service and efficiency i recently had solar panels installed YES YES all the way from macedon to cowes phillip island. macedon ranges crew were on time, no fuss,no bother and I FULLY recommend macedon ranges to anyone in cowes that want to have solar panels installed, macedon ranges are to be congratulated on the excellent service , the staff in office, nothing too much trouble and above all very very helpful. give them a call!!. janice simondson

Contacted Macedon Ranges Solar for a comparative quote and ended up not only saving $$$ on a like for like system, but more importantly we were able to increase the kw based on their technical advice and expertise at no additional cost. All queries were answered technically, and without sales spin, but the install crew were by far the best trades I've dealt with. They were in and out in 2 days, left the place as they found it, and even fixed a roof leak in a vent they discovered whilst installing one of the groups of panels. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great Company to deal with. Always prompt, excellent quality and answered all my questions. The installers were respectful and very professional. Whenever I sent an email it was replied usually straight away or within a very quick timeframe. I felt confident from the first contact with Macedon Ranges Solar Power that they know their Business and my needs. Jane, Brooke and Matt totally went beyond the call of duty in assisting me with my Solar needs during and after installation.

Very easy to deal with. Happy to answer any and all questions and the pros and cons of different systems and sizes.Quick and easy installation and left the area neat. Good after sales service. Can't fault.

From my first inquiry to completion, I have been well informed, educated, assisted with all paperwork and advised whenever there were any updates on installation.Matt gave great advice on system size, Jade confirmed viability, Jane and Brooke assisted with rebate applications. Installation day was professional and efficient, operational by mid afternoon. The team were polite, knowledgeable and very tidy workers, followed all safety protocols and explained information I needed. I can highly recommend MRSP and an extra bonus is that they are local and are only a phone call away if any assistance is required in future.

Macedon Ranges Solar were easy to deal with, gave me accurate information regarding pricing, systems etc in a timely manner, assisted with the Vic Govt solar rebate scheme that was under change and under pressure at the time - all round a good company to deal with - recommend them to all to at least get a quote from if considering solar

Fantastic company to deal with and they REALLY know their stuff. Luke's knowledge and experience was invaluable to us in making the right choices and the guys who came to install the system were polite and friendly. And they left the place clean! Highly recommended.
